Throughout the month of May, the doctors and staff at Cascade Chiropractic and Massage will be focusing on Wellness.
Dr. stemp will be giving an introductory class on Thursday, May 10th at 6pm on the new 8 Weeks to Wellness Program.
Dr. Stemp and Dr. Enstad will be giving an Eating Well class on Wednesday, May 23rd aimed at giving people the foundations of eating a more healthy diet.
There will also be tips, recipes, and giveaways throughout Wellness Month.
